Visa for Myanmar (Burma)

VISA FOR SOUTH KOREA

Tourist visa is not required for U.S. passport holders staying in Korea for less than 30 days. The following are the requirements to obtain a visa to South Korea:

TOURIST VISA:

Original passport with at least six months validity left beyond intended stay (Passport must be signed);
One Visa Application Form for Korea and one Visa Processing Order Form;
One 2" x 2" passport type photograph;
Flight itinerary or copy of round trip tickets;
Non-U.S. passport holders* must provide U.S. status in original (e.g. original permanent resident card or original U.S. visa).

BUSINESS VISA:

Original passport with at least six months validity left beyond intended stay (Passport must be signed);
One Visa Application Form for Korea and one Visa Processing Order Form;
One 2" x 2" passport type photograph;
Flight itinerary or copy of round trip tickets;
Non-U.S. passport holders* must provide U.S. status in original (e.g. original permanent resident card or original U.S. visa);
Business Letter on company letterhead giving details of the nature of visit, including the dates of stay, hotel information and addresses, organization to be visited and a financial guarantee from the company, signed by a senior manager.

MILITARY CONTRACTED EMPLOYEE AGREEMENT VISA:

Valid passport with at least six months validity left beyond intended stay (Passport must be signed);
One Visa Application Form for Korea and one Visa Processing Order Form;
One 2" x 2" passport type photograph;
Copy of your Travel Orders issued by an Armed Forces Department;
Non-U.S. passport holders* must provide U.S. status in original (e.g. original permanent resident card or original U.S. visa).

MILITARY DEPENDENTS VISA:

Valid passport with at least six months validity left beyond intended stay (Passport must be signed);
One Visa Application Form for Korea and one Visa Processing Order Form;
One 2" x 2" passport type photograph;
Copy of diplomatic note or military order;
Copy of military ID card;
Copy of marriage certificate (for spouse) or copy of birth certificate (for children);
Non-U.S. passport holders* must provide U.S. status in original (e.g. original permanent resident card or original U.S. visa).

SERVICE FEE (per visa):

$39.00 - Four business day processing

RETURN FEDERAL EXPRESS:

$20.00 per address (up to three passports)

$25.00 per address (four to six passports, or overweight package)

$32.00 per address (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or Saturday Delivery)
