Visa for Myanmar (Burma)

VISA FOR THAILAND

Tourist visas are not required for U.S. passport holders to visit Thailand for a stay of up to 30 days. Tourists wish to stay more than 30 days, or business travelers, the following are the requirements to obtain a visa to Thailand:

TOURIST VISA:

Original passport with at least six months validity left beyond intended stay (passport must be signed);
One Visa Application Form for Thailand and Visa Processing Order Form;
Two identical 2" x 2" passport type photographs;
Original proof of yellow fever vaccination if arriving from infected area within five days of entry date;
Non-U.S. passport holders* must provide proof of U.S. status (e.g. copy of green card or U.S. visa).

BUSINESS VISA:

Original passport with at least six months validity left beyond intended stay (passport must be signed);
One Visa Application Form for Thailand and Visa Processing Order Form;
Two identical 2" x 2" passport type photographs;
Original proof of yellow fever vaccination if arriving from infected area within five days of entry date;
Business Letter on company letterhead giving details of the nature of visit, including the dates of stay, hotel information and addresses, organization to be visited and a financial guarantee from the company, signed by a senior manager;
Non-U.S. passport holders* must provide proof of U.S. status (e.g. copy of green card or U.S. visa).

CONSULAR FEE (per visa):

$35.00 per entry - Tourist visa for stay up to 60 days each entry (up to 3 entries)

$65.00 - 3 Month Business/Non-Immigrant Single Entry, valid for a 90 day stay

$175.00 - 12 Month Business/Non-Immigrant Visa Multiple Entry

SERVICE FEE (per visa):

$39.00 - 3 to 4 business day processing

$100.00 - Same/Next day processing

The Consulate of Thailand does not take visa application on Friday.

RETURN FEDERAL EXPRESS:

$20.00 per address (up to three passports)

$25.00 per address (four to six passports, or overweight package)

$32.00 per address (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or Saturday Delivery)
