VISA FOR VIETNAM

The following are the requirements to obtain a visa to Vietnam:

TOURIST VISA:

• Original passport with at least six months validity left beyond intended stay;
• One Visa Application Form for Vietnam and one Visa Processing Order Form;
• For Vietnam born applicants, use Visa Application Form for Vietnam born and Visa Processing Order Form;
• One 2" x 2" passport type photograph;
• Non-U.S. passport holders* must provide proof of U.S. status (e.g. copy of green card or U.S. visa).

BUSINESS VISA:

• Original passport with at least six months validity left beyond intended stay;
• One Visa Application Form for Vietnam and one Visa Processing Order Form;
• For Vietnam born applicants, use Visa Application Form for Vietnam born and Visa Processing Order Form;
• One 2" x 2" passport type photograph;
• Non-U.S. passport holders* must provide proof of U.S. status (e.g. copy of green card or U.S. visa);
• Letter of Invitation from the Foreign Ministry in Hanoi;
• Business Letter on company letterhead giving details of the nature of visit, including the dates of stay, hotel information and addresses, organization to be visited and a financial guarantee from the company, signed by a senior manager.

• Tourist Single Entry (30 day validity):
$65.00 - 10 day processing
$85.00 - Five day processing
• Tourist Multiple Entry (One month validity):
$130.00 - Five day processing
• Tourist Multiple Entry (Three month validity):
$150.00 - Five day processing
• Tourist Multiple Entry (Six month validity):
$300.00 - Five day processing
• Business Single Entry (30 day validity):
$65.00 - 10 day processing
$85.00 - Five day processing
• Business Multiple Entry (One month validity):
$130.00 - Five day processing
• Business Multiple Entry (Three month validity):
$150.00 - Five day processing
